Q. May we bring a dog onto the Showground?
Dogs on leads permitted – please ensure you bring a water bowl. There are water taps around the show ground with drinking-quality water.

Q. Are there Camping facilities on the Showground?
Camping for ‘Wheels’ at the Showground is not permitted

Q. Are there any Catering facilities on site?
Yes, there are a number of excellent catering facilities on site

Q. Will there be any Children’s entertainment?
Yes, there will be a number of different such facilities located close to the East Gate entrance

Q. Visitor Parking (please do not leave dogs in cars)?
Please note that free Parking is available opposite BP Garage (West Hill) – follow the yellow signs

Q. Can we buy Visitor tickets in advance?
Wheels entry tickets can only be purchased on the day at the East Gate. We take cash and card/contactless payments.

Q. If we have any questions on the day, where should we go?
Either ask any of the Rotary ‘site Marshalls’ (in the Hi-Vis jackets) or go to the Rotary Information Tent, near the catering area.

Q. As an Exhibitor, where can I collect and pay for a Wheels Plaque?
At the Rotary Information Tent

Q. Are bins provided for rubbish?
Yes – please use the large wheelie bins around the site or take rubbish home with you

Q. Are there Toilet facilities on site?
Yes

Q. Is there a Map of the Site available showing the layout of vehicles and other facilities?
Yes – maps will be on display at the East Gate entrance and the Rotary Information Tent.

Q. As an Exhibitor / Trader, when can I enter the showground ? 
Access is from 7.30am at the main showground entrance, please arrive BEFORE 10am so that you are in place before visitors are admitted.

Q. As a Visitor when can I enter the Showground?
Access is from 10am at the Showground’s East Gate located opposite BP Garage on West Hill, Wadebridge
